My personal & favorite style is mid century modern, with its clean lines and timeless charm, this style brings a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication to any space. Although MCM is my preference, I also love bringing exactly what the customer had envisioned to life, it is extremely gratifying. I am truly blessed to be able to do what I enjoy!

Hopeful Healing Oncology Center
In the healthcare design field, researchers have done studies about how the environment around the patient affects them physically and mentally. Through this research, they have found that healing environments in a healthcare setting aid the patient in ways such as discharging faster than other patients in different facilities. For my design of a oncology care center I decided to take this research and create a space for patients that aids in their physical health, as well as their mental well being, through the proper use of natural and artificial lighting, color psychology, and healthcare approved materials.

Eurythmic Elements Shipping Container Design
The aspiration for this project was to create a live-work space for a young-couple, of textile artits, from three shipping containers. i acheived my goal through combining aspects of nature to design, such as reflection and symmetry to bring customers, and the home owner closer to their environment, creating a unified experience

03
Luxury Headquarters Design
With the use of organic shapes within the furniture, accessories and lighting, the concept was to bring in a feel of deep hued surrealism into the office. I achieved this by organizing the space by saturated colors and textures and adding free-flex spaces that encourage collaboration.
04
Steel City Steam Coffee Shop
My concept was to bring in natural, raw elements that would most likely be native throughout Pittsburgh, such as steel accents, rustic brick, as well as wood accents to really make it feel as if it had a weathered, old look. This abiance really embraces the city, bringing in new, traveling, or regular-basis customer clientelle daily.

Dunnhumby: Retail Consumer Research
Corp. Office
Dunnhumby’s overall drive for their company work is to keep the customer at heart, and keeping the consumer at the center of what they do. I wanted to keep this same concept in mind when going about the floor plan and the overall flow of the space. The waiting area is to feel really intentional and intimate for the customers, as well as keeping the more public and collaborative areas to the front of the office for the possibility of the customers seeing who they are working with first hand. Keeping things open with glass and lots of natural light would make the space feel welcoming and homey feeling, rather than a cold, clean-cut office space.

Boutique Hotel Design
A spa resort based off of healthy nutrition habits, adequate lighting for a healthy mind, movement and exercise for the body, as well as cleanliness to keep everyone safe. Based in Death Valley National Park, California, I created a neutral, elegant, and sleek mountainous spa retreat that helps a wide variety of people to relax as well as take hikes and adventures to various places such as Badwater Basin, Zabriskie Point, and Dante’s View.

07
Medical Center Room Design
My concept for this room was to create a space where oncology patients felt comfortable and at ease. I used materials such as wood and soft, quite flooring to aid in giving it a natural feel as well as aiding in noise reduction overall. The use of mauve and blue was to use relaxing, calm color pallette that is also vibrant and exciting for the patient. Lighting was also a big factor in desiging the space, through research I found flourecent, bright lighting in hospitals directly effects the patient, as well as how much natural daylight they recieve from the space. Because of this, I added soft lighting fixtures and linear lighting as welll as a large window at the far end of the room.

Luxury Residential Design
Using materials such as wood, black window panes, and sleek white painted brick to create a modern ambiance, I achieved the “California Dreamin’” experience i was going for. As well as incorporating mid century furniture and light fixtures, and utilizing as much natural light as possible to give the space a open, clean, and minimalistic feel.
